Uncle Notice of Assessment - Urgent Help

Hello all

I have been specifically asked to submit my Uncle's Notice of assessment as a proof of his residence in Canada by CIC but my Uncle has refused to provide one. Can I submit his utility bills instead will that be acceptable as CIC has specifically asked for Notice of Assessment.

You must submit the doc what CIC has asked for. I guess they asked for your uncle's notice of assessment as you have shown him as your relative. Normally in this situation utility bill works a proof of residency. I have provided utility bill and passport of my uncle as his proof of residency. But if CIC specifically sends you message to submit notice of assessment then you must submit that otherwise they might reject your application.
