- Hi, I need advice. I was hired by an employer in Canada this year and they are requesting for PCC from all the countries I've lived in.
- I was working in Dubai back in 2015 and went back to my home country in 2019 with an unpaid loan from Dunia
- I requested for PCC from Dubai Police website and Ministry of Interior website but both of my request online was rejected
- I would assume that this is because of the unpaid loan that I have
- I am now currently in Philippines
- My questions are:
1. Will my TWP be approved if I provide an explanation that I tried to obtain PCC but is being rejected because of the unpaid loan?
2. I tried communicating with Dunia but the collection's agency doesnt agree with a settlement and I am unable to pay the amount in lumpsum
3. Should I hire a lawyer to assist me with my police case in Dubai?
4. What are the chances that my TWP will still be approved if I only provide an explanation letter with all of these?
