I have applied using epost and have been following up and submitting documents using it. However, recently I tried to login in order to upload documents related to less complex cases but when I login it says access denied.
I called Canadapost support and they tried but they eventually told me to call the other party involved in the conversation and see with them because the problem might be from their side.
Anyone went thru something like this and what phone number should I call, is it RPD?
