Yes..since its online application you would have a soft copy..i think as long as you have own email address registered in the application then its no problem as they will be sending u updates on that email only or if u have account in your MYCIC...

did they also mentioned in the email that we need to comply (within 30 days).

yes that's kinda sucks! but I have no choice but to comply with what they require. Yes I already have my NBI. I have until August 2014 to submit all the clearances. They gave me quiet a lot of time which is good. I don't have to worry about getting the FBI clearance urgently.

My agent finally submitted my WP application online.

But she didn't ask for my digital photo. Is this normal?

My agent is not so responsive to her emails. I'm still waiting for the reply.
Some other folk in the forum said that digital photo is for TRV, not WP. I already have a TRV which is still valid.
I also told my UCI to my agent. I'm NOT sure if the CIC online system is smart enough to detect I don't need a TRV, so not asking for my photo...

I travelled to canada once. So I got the multiple entry visitor visa which is valid for 9 years....

Im not quite sure... Coz when i applied online i can recall that TRV is the only option applicable to my condition. I cant remember seeing work permit option.

There is a separate CIC online portal for representatives. Maybe there are different checklist when applying visa for clients.
I'm just hoping my representative is not making mistake by submitting someone's photo...

I tried to create a application in MyCIC, digital photo is required. Without it I cannot even submit the application....

Oh my god, my immigration agent cut the photo from the passport as the digital photo....

I dont know whether passport photo is the same Photo specification as needed to apply for wp.. but if ur agent is expert enough then you might as well leave it to her capable hands..im pretty sure and im hoping she knows what she is doing..

Hi billy, i am not from mercan..i am direct hired.. As the webdite says, it takes 5mos. To apply for a wp (this is excluding the lmo process and all). I have started my very application on August 17, (this is when i got interviewed), and got my lmo on Oct. 3, 2013.
