Turkish Police Clearance for Express Entry (After ITA)- Is e-devlet sufficient?

Hi All

Is the "adil sicil kayidi" (along with "archived records") from e-devlet sufficient to act as the Turkish Police Clearance certificate? Or do I need another document?
