My spouse (closed work permit) and I (open work permit) recently got our work permits renewed but when I try to renew our TRVs online (with my wife as primary) the forms that we are asked to fill are different. For her it's IMM5257 and for me it is IMM5708. Not sure what to do? Could anyone please help with this? Not sure where I might be going wrong while answering the wizard's questions.
