TRV rejection and te application

Hello guys,
Today I got my rejection letter. Since I thinking to reapply in the future please advise me on how to go about it.
The reasons are confusing ,in the sense, in the first page they mentioned all general refusal reasons which I don't think concerns me .
But in the second page among the listed rejection reasons they ticked some reasons which are only three ;
Family ties in Canada and country of residence
Purpose of visit
You may not leave Canada at the end of your TRV.
So which should I take as reasons and how do I reapply again?

If there are check marks to all three, you need to address all three. Perhaps if you can detail the list of documents and your circumstances (do you work, where are you applying from, your purpose of visit, duration, etc.), people here can make recommendations.
