I am starting this thread for my friend’s case.
He applied TRV inside Canada on May 26 2021 and then he went to India on Nov 09 2021. The processing time has been already crossed 195 days but we haven’t heard back from IRCC – no updates on his file.
As per consultant they got GU that eligibility has been started on his file on Dec 04 2021. But when we asked again to the consultant on Dec 06 2021, they said his application again went back to eligibility not started. (We are very confused)
Already sent so many web forms and emails to IRCC – but no luck.
If anybody applied from India as returning worker – please share your timeline. If we apply from India how long it going to take – He don’t have biometrics.
