I am currently on BOWP with my CEC application under process since July 2014. I have to apply for travel visa so I could re-enter Canada. Just confirming as to which all applications do i need to fill in. Currently, i have filled up form # IMM5257E.. also have attached my passport, picture and BOWP..
Do i need to submit anything else?
