Trouble Linking Paper-Based PR application to IRCC Portal

Hello,
I have a colleague that is having difficulty linking her PR application to her IRCC profile. She has received an email advising her that she can link her PR application, and has tried numerous times and tried different combinations (UCI #, Country of Birth, passport #, etc) and it does not find her application. After 5 attempts she is locked out for 24 hours, then tries again with no success.

She has tried contacting IRCC as well, and they have not been helpful.

Has anyone else experienced this? if so, does anyone have any tips or advice?

same thing for me.. the last question for number of application it should be 2 as it says with primary applicant. also do with passport number and not place of birth. lastly add a space after family name.. should be done.. good luck

Any update? I couldn't link my application today and it's locked now because of 5 failed attempts. I've tried different methods but no luck
