My wife graduated from Canada in April this year when she was in India. She has been in India since a year now as the courses were delivered online. Her Student Visa and Study permit are valid until November 2022, will she be able to travel to Canada on these documents given that she has already graduated. She is planning to go back to Canada and apply PGWP from there and also attend her convocation. Is it possible now?
