Travelling to Canada close to expiry of visa & passport

Hello,
My parents have visit visa for Canada upto 18th of October 2018. Their Passport will also expire on the same day. They want to travel to Canada in June and return by the end of August to Bangladesh. Will they face any problems if they plan to return so close to the expiry date of the visa? Can anyone share their experiences on this matter?

There will be no issues in travel but good thing will be to Renew the passpots before fly to Ca.
Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months at the time of travel.

Not sure if Bangladesh implements immigration exit interviews, because they may enforce the 6-month rule. Also getting conflicting information whether Canada enforces it or not, but...it's still early, so it's best to be safe and renew their passports.

Their current visas will be perfectly valid until October 18...and visas are good for entering Canada, they have no relevance on how long you can stay, which is a separate status.
