Travelling in Canadian car on H1B

Hello Everyone,
I need to travel to states using my H1B ..in my car, which has Canadian registration.. I don't own the car, so do I wanted to know if I need to be aware of any questions..

- can I get a US insurance if I move to states? The current insurance is too high if I move to states..

You say "my car" and then in the same line you say you don't own the car... it's not clear what you are trying to say...

You can take additional coverage from your current provider to cover they days you are driving in the US. But not sure whether that's what your question is about....
