Travel within Canada with expired student VISA but valid work permit

Can I travel within Canada with expired student VISA (March) but valid work permit (expires 2023).

Yes ,you can . You need a visa to get into the country, since you got a valid study permit you have legal status in Canada. But if you leave the country ,then you will need a valid visa to get back in .
