Travel/TRV/Rentry Visa while on PGWP

I just completed the questionnaire in MyCIC for Temporary Resident Visa. The application form, however, is Temporary Resident Visa IMM 5257 made outside Canada. I am so confused. Is this normal or did I make a mistake in answering the question -- which I don't think it did.

Has anyone applied for a TRV (rentry visa) while on PGWP? How did you apply?

I just called CIC, and apparently, there is just one form -- IMM 5257 -- for visa applications, whether you are applying from inside Canada or outside.
