I am an Indian. my travell history is as below
Jan 2011 - Went to Canada
Dec 2011 to Jan 2012 - visited India than went back to Canada
May 2014 to June 2014 - visited India than went back to Canada
Nov 2015 - Came back to India and staying here since than.

My thoughts are to create 3 entries in Travel history
1. Jan 2011 to Nov 2015 - Total stay in Canada
2. Dec 2011 to Jan 2012 - First visit to India
3. May 2014 to June 2014 - Second visit to India

Or do I need te enter it any other way?

I didn't have exact scenario, but something similar.. So I put this way:

Jan 2011 - Dec 2011 - Canada - Employment/Study
Dec 2011 - Jan 2012 - India - Vacation
Feb 2012 - May 2014 - Canada - Employment/Study
May 2014 - June 2014 - India - Vacation
June 2014 - Nov 2015 - Canada - Employment/Study
Nov 2015 - India - Returned to country of origin for good

Put the exact dates of entry/exit to each country matching the passport. By this way, you could cover every stamp associated with your passport.

Since you are submitting the application from India, you could leave India trip as current trip, but since I submitted from US (I am from India too), I left my last trip to US as current trip with reason employment.

I believe there is no right or wrong way to do this as filling this becomes ambiguous for anyone who originated in one country and resided in only another country. All you need to take care is to provide PCCs for every country with 6+ months of stay appropriately...

Thanks for your quick reply. I would do as you said.
By the way, Its about 12 hours time difference between India and Calgary, Canada. And sometimes I had longer waiting time between connecting flights from London. I have missed a day in exit/entry between two countries though.

For me Its only 2 counties I have been. I already have got PCC for India and Not going to attach criminal record check for Canada. Shoul I get it anyway after eAPR?

Missing date is fine I believe. I had that issue too, like I left US on December 30, and reached India on January 1. So there is nothing in between. I just accounted for exit records in US, and entry record in India.

I am not sure about the criminal record check as I have never been to Canada. Just follow whatever CIC's PCC page for Canada says. You can also dig through this forum on what people have done.
