I want to understand my Travel History with the officers note put in the system. I believe i have to use the form 350-58. Few question related to filling the form:
1 - In the field "Federal Government Institution" i would say CBSA?
2 - In the field "Provide details regarding the information sought" should I say i want my full travel history with detailed notes recorded or ??..how do you frame this correctly.
3 - Are there any fees related to this service? I did not see anything on this and if so how much and how do we pay?
Lastly I will be applying for the PR renewal. I believe we have to include more documents then they have asked on the site. Can you please let me know what are these documents which would help process the application flawless.
