I *think* so. Check the document checklist. I believe all official documents that aren't in english or french should be translated into one of those languages by a certified translator.

ya, I read that, but it just seems like a little bit of overkill to translate a passport, its pretty self explanitory. Its an international document, can be used all over the world without translation. Hopefully someone on here knows for sure.

Is her passport in her native language & english? I had my husbands translated from spanish to english, only to later find out it had the english right on the passport underneath the spanish wording..lol. If it does have english on it, no you don't have to translate it. If it doesn't have english on it, I would think you probably do have to have it translated, but I am not 100%.
