Does Someone has any idea how to translate emails, facebook comments into English ? I mean in which format?
we have dozens of emails and we have selected few to be translated by ourselves and include in our application (out land)

Can anyone share his experience?

Do I need to translate every single word in exact format ?
for example, should I include below detail as well in my translation?

I sent in random screen shots of conversations we had on Skype and the translations on plain paper. I mentioned that I did all the translations to the best of my ability and also corrected spelling and grammar. In hindsight, I think I should have sent in more personal conversations but, what's done is done.
I don't think you need to translate the headers but, do make it clear which translation goes with each email.

Thanks ksimental.

I will use then word document.
Some of our email is huge (30 - 35 pages) which I need to translate and I was wondering how to translate and what to do to make it clear image

Do I also need to attach the original document which is not in English ? if yes, then a screen shot ?

Yes, attach the original document either by printing or screen shot.
I wouldn't suggest sending an email that is 35 pages long. A random sample with varying dates from the start of your relationship until present is sufficient. Try to include conversations about your lives together.
Some people don't send the actual emails at all. They send a screen shot of the number of emails to and from each other without revealing the actual emails. I did this with my text messages. I sent phone bills showing the phone number I was texting all day, every day (my husband) but, not the actual texts even though I have thousands since the beginning of our relationship.
