Transit Visa?

I am travelling from Ahmedabad- Mumbai- London- Toronto on 26 August and my layover is of 21 hour in London, and I have to change the terminal also from T4 to T2. So do I required transit visa and also will I receive my check in baggage at my final destination?
I am travelling with jet airways and air canada from London to Toronto. Booked on single ticket.
Plzz help!

Yes you need if it's more than certain hour limit.. but one of my friend told that you can get London transit visa there in the airport itself.. but still I am not sure... You just verify with a travel agent once

I don't have enough time now to apply for visa. So if I move forward without visa will they deport me back to India? Or can I apply at airport for transit visa?

I guess you can apply on the airport itself yet I suggest you to ask an expert or experienced person
