I want to apply for PR. And i am confused about the process of transcripts that i need for degree and diploma. I was a direct second year student for degree. Can you please guide me what all documents i have to send to WES.

You will have to collect the transcripts from your degree college and attest it at mumbai university and for diploma will have to go to kherwadi bandra east. You can also refer to mailtranscripts.com .
