tracking RCMP FP ; so worried!

Hello,

I submitted my fingerprints through an approved agency on Feb 22. I am based in US and did it with an agency in Canada.

I called CIC two times already and they said they have not received it. how long shall I wait to call them and confirm they received it?

Is there a way to track it? I found nothing.

You can email RCMP and reference your email with the tracking number you got while taking FP. RCMP will reply to you telling when they sent the FP to ircc

Do you have the email address? I don't know which RCMP the agency submitted my FP to. The agency that submitted my FP to RCMP was Canadian Legal, Calgary.

Hello,

I just got my FP request thru snail mail today and i am planning on getting it done tomorrow. Should I go directly to RCMP or local police would be fine? Do I need to book an appointment or walk-in is fine?
My ECAS is actually showing that they sent the correspondence on May 29 and I just knew about it on june 11 that's why I called them and told me they will resend it thru email and wait for 3-4 days, but they sent it thru sna mail.
