Tracking PNP September 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

I have recieved my 2nd AOR and MR from the CIO nova scotia today.

have they told you where your file is going to process finally ?

Not in the 1st AOR. You will receive 2nd AOR with additional documents request (eg. medical exam) from your VO.
I put "CPP-Ottawa" in my application but medical exam request forms came from Sydney, NS.
I am in PNP category and am an in-Canada applicant so my case may not go to yours.
Hope someone helps you more!

Hi Stellar, my application was received by CIC in Sydney on the same day as yours!

I've still not received Aor, nor has my credit card been charged, but from what I can gather from the forums, AOR takes about 6 weeks to come through. So they'll probably process payment just before that.

Certified Cheque: encashed on October 24th, 2012
AOR received: on November 1st, 2012
Medical Exam Request: waiting

how did you validate that your cheque have been encashed already? I used bank draft and when i asked the bank personnel where the bank draft was issued he said that they have no visibility on the encashment details..

My credit card was charged on the 25th of October, just waiting to get my AOR. Should be any time now, fingers crossed!

Thank you bradders, I didn't expect it either that they will send it on Saturday. You will get it most probably today or tomorrow I don't have the MR yet, so they will send it hopefully next week.

I am in Canada, so I used a canadian bank to issue a certified cheque. I have a customer copy of that certified cheque. The bank is able to look at the details in their system. The last time I asked the bank to check was on October 26th, but their bank system indicated that the cheque has not been encashed. When I got the AOR from CIO, the emails told me that my cheque was encashed on October 24th. The time difference maybe because the bank need some time to update their information.

No problem. Bring the customer copy of the certified cheque, and ask the bank to check if the cash is still there or not. That is what I did. Best of luck.

Credit card charged: Oct 27, '12
AOR received: Nov 3, '12
