FINALLY!! I received my passport with the magic stamp and the Confirmation of PR!!!! ;D ;D

Thanks all for your valuable information, keep posting as it helps a lot of people during the process. I found more information here than in the official websites.

Good luck to everyone in the rest of the process.

I live in northern Alberta, so I guess I'll drive to the closest boarder in Calgary next long weekend (it's a 10 hour drive). I'll let you know how was it.

Did you apply in Mexico first then transfer your case to Ottawa in June?
So happy for you! My application was also sent to Mexico Visa office in March, and have not had any update since then. I am thinking to transfer my case to Ottawa after I enter Canada with my work permit soon.
Is there any requirement to make transfer a case? I very appreciate for your help if you are able to share with me!
