Medical request: January 20, 2013
Medical done: January 25, 2013
Medical received: Mid March, 2013
additional info request (new pcc): mid March, 2013

So far,my application has not been started for processing

Do you know any applicant who are in the same boat whose application has not been started for processing?

If I remember correctly, I did not see these kind of transfer emails before. But technically there will be some transfer as every body's file should first go to CIO in Nova Scotia and then gets transferred to specific Visa Office. They may have started sending these updates recently. It's good that at least we will come to know where our file is getting transferred in this case. Because India applicants were expecting that their files will get processed at the New Delhi Visa Office, but in fact it's not...they are getting processed at Colombo now.

It's amazing news buddy. Good to see TWO "In-Process" today. Hope we are doing good progress guys...I would say In Canada applicants are really making good

progress now a days...hope we out side Canada people also get some good news soon.
