Tracking PNP November 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Hi, my file has been in process since May. Anyone else in the same boat as I am? I applied for my GCMS notes last August and it says Criminality is still in progress and Security hasn't been started yet

My file went in process in May 30 as well, they told me in June 13th that they were sending my file from Paris to Ottawa and I have no news since then It seems that the process has gotten a lot slower lately

I am in the same boat as you two. I submitted my application in late December last year. My file became In Process on April 25th. Since then, I've requested for GCMS note twice. I received one in July and another one just today. Nothing has changed since the first one. They've done nothing to my file since May. According to the note, everything except Security check is done. However, it's not even started yet. I sent an email to CPC-Ottawa, but they just sent back an automatic generated email and said no action is required from me at this moment. I am getting really impatient especially now that many people who applied in January and February are getting their passport request and COPR. Is there even anything we can do now?

Also, does anyone know what to expect for someone who's from visa-exempted country as next step? I suppose I won't get passport request. Do I simply get COPR?

Hi Lance,

That is really too long. I requested my GCMS notes last week so I hope I get them shortly, I will share them with you. In the last email I sent they answer that my file had passed the first review and it was in queue for the final review. I don't really understand what that exactly means.

As for the visa exempt countries, I am in the same boat. I have read in other threads about some people who didn't even receive the confirmation email. Their ECAS changed to decision made and a couple days later the visas where on the mail box. Let's just hope for the best!

My application turned in process last may 15, and nothing I've heard from them..
I emailed them twice but they just sent me automatic reply "no action required by you at this time ....."
I'm dying to have the ppr request and checking my mail every hour..

Hi Guys,

I have received my GCMS notes yesterday. The notes were generated on Sept 05, 2013...my file went "In-Process" on the same day.

It says my Eligibility and Security are not yet started, but just Criminality is in progress. It's almost one month since my GCMS were generated and don't know what's the current status...
