Hi iam_ayen, i was advised yesterday by DHL to pick-up our documents from canadian embassy in lipa. i think they do not have a service who would deliver at our doorstep.. i'll pick it up on monday morning.. God bless iam_ayen and congrats!

Hi kwinkal you need to submit a copy only unless it is mentioned it should be certified copy.
If the birth certificate is in any other language other than English or french it should be translated and need Certified copy of Original and translated and also a declaration form of the person who is translating the original.
Declaration form should show how he is eligible to translate the document and where he obtain this certification.

Thanks for confirmation. Regarding declaration form, My birth certificate has been translated from original copy 10 years before. I don't know where is that person now. Do I need to to do translation again? He has all stamp on it and self attested stamp to certify that copy. Wil it be not acceptable? Please help. I was planning to send my application tomorrow.

I will be settling permanently with my husband and 2 kids. And will do our landing this coming August 10. I wish you and the rest of the group good luck and speedy processing. It's been great knowing you all. ;D
