Tracking PNP January 2013 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

its been almost 3 weeks and my tracker is still not activated. Something is wrong. I sent an email to Ottawa and they are saying that they are still waiting for my passport. They also wrote possibility my passport is still in mail or might have arrived at their office but has been associated to my file.

I dont know whats gonna happen now. :-\ :-\ :-\

Guys, I am looking for information on Super VISA and US Visa, If you can please provide information, I would really appreciate.

1. Now I am officially Permanent Resident of Canada ( waiting for PR Card). My Parents are here in Canada (Saskatchewan) on Visitor visa, their Visa are going to expire on November 12, 2013 and they have return ticket on November 7, 2013 to India. Can I renew their Visa here in Canada if I want to extend their stay here and What is the procedure for that one ?

2. Can I submit application for Permanent Residency for my parents ?

3. What is the procedure to apply for Supervisa for my parents ( Documents) ?

4. What is the procedure to apply for US Visa for myself ?

Guys, if you can please share your experience and knowledge, that would be big help !

1. On a regular visitor VISA, you are only allowed to stay up to 6 months but you could extend their status as a visitor.

2. No. Not until you have 3 years of NOA and parents sponsorship won't be open till 2014.

3. It is all on the website. Similar procedures as the regular visitor VISA, you just need to buy medical insurance for your parents.

4. Fill out your DS160 form and book an appointment online with US embassy. I suggest you do that AFTER you receive your PR card.

Guys, Passport received today with immigration stamped, however Visa is showing expiry date April 5, 2014. I am not sure what is this date all about . Can someone please advise ?

I also got my passport back yesterday...My passport was delivered on 27th august and tracker was activated at 12th sept..!!!

Passport Stamped and Received back: 04 September, 2013
Landed: 10 September, 2013 at Point Roberts, BC

I hope everyone else is also on track to becoming a PR too, if they already are not.

Hey AARjay Dont panic brother, there is solution to every problem int his world. Just relax and let me suggest something. Call canada post and let hem know what happened and tell them how important the parcel was, they will track everything and then email or call immigration, and give them tracking number and let them know how and when it is delivered and if they can check in thier office just under different file. They can ask the person who received it and stuff like that.

Bro I sent them an email with a screen shot of delivery status and check if my passport is their. But now they decided to not to email me back.
