that's a long time!! check your email junk folders.
search for keywords "permanent residence" in your email account.
may be you should call CIO, since it's been more than 6 weeks...

Hey believing, I was out on vacation & had no access to Internet hence could not reply earlier. Please update TS for me. Application was recvd at CIO on 10th April but don't know when exCtly was I able to login as I was trying with my last name bit it actually worked for my complete name.

I think you should give them a call. Although transferring your file from CIO to your VO seems to be taken a while from what I can see as a trend from other applicants and then after receiving AOR from VO then the process seems to go faster for some!

I have not received an e-mail either but thru snail mail. But based on your date you should have your AOR ( Acknowledgement of Receipt) by now...be patient, or try your post office they just mail it by ordinary mail..
