Today my e-case status has been changed to decision made

Hi Dear
I send my passport on Aug. 10. Today my e-case status has been changed to decision made.
Below is my e- case history. What does it means. Please share your experience.


We received your application for permanent residence on September 14, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 29, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Singapore office on November 4, 2009. The Singapore office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 25, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Is there any possibility of being negative result? I mean rejection.
Because I am worried about the sentences A decion has been made on your application. The office will contract with you about the decision. Is this a common sentences for all who get approval.

Its a normal sentence. If status changed before sending the passports or medicals then its a negative result but if status changed after sending the passports then its mean that they have stamped the passport and now you will receive them back soon. I dont think there is any chance of negative result now.

Congrats...i also sent my passports on 9th august 2010 but still waiting for the outcome :-X.
