to update cic or not

Hey guys,

I have a quick question. Preview: I have submitted my application in august 15, 2013 and got my AOR in October 2013. I have already sent my PCC, IELTS, T4, NOA, Recommendation letter, etc. documents with my application.

Question: I have received my new T4 and NOA for 2013. Also, I have changed my job in the month of January. Is it important or mandatory to update CIC with my new T4, NOA and my new job information?

You don't have to update your T4, however, I did it. It's never a mistake to submit too much information.
As for your job, I would email them and inform them about the change in employment - just to be on the safe side.
In the same email you could attach a scan of the new T4 and NOA and voila, you're all done.
