I have applied for my pr renewal on 12th aug 2013 but cic
Hasn't opened/received it yet.
My mistake is I sent via regular mail using Canada post and
Realize now it was big mistake not sending by courier
.Now I can't track it. Ideally cic should
Have received by 19th aug but cic record doesn't
Show it yet.
Cic Is looking at applications received till
1st sept as if now. Once called, cic advised
To wait and call after one - two weeks and reapply if
Not yet received.
Should I assume My application is lost?
I haven't received any return mail as well.
Any information/advice is most welcome!
