Hello everyone can some one tell me to improve writing score from 6.5 to 7. I have taken it two times and both the times I ended up with 6.5. I have L8.5, R 8, S8

You writing score is close to CLB 7, so there're too many way to improve your score. Such as write an email to friends who fluently in English, native speaker or you can practice from this forum.

I hope you will get CLB7 or even more next time
