Can I send my passport to India by my relative. Is it legal to that any of my relative can submit on my behalf as they are going to India soon..

Another thing.. How long does India New delhi office takes to process file after they have sent me medical... ??? Its been 2 months since I got my medical done.. I applied under SINP>>>...!!!

Well you can send your passport through your relative but remember it would be illegal one and you have to do on your own risk.And about the time line My passprt hve been submitted in June 2011 and now its four months and still no updates.Me too applied under SINP - Family class.Which category you applied- Family Class or Skilled Worker?

yeh it's illegal to send passport. better u contact embassy for this.
