ok MC, thats great and strange as well, you told me sometime ago that they enquire in ur present company after applying at delhi, SO DOES IT MEAN you have not enquired for any verification THROUGHOUT the case, means thay have just rely on ur documents???i mean is this possible that i will not get any verification enquiry like u??? i am just asking,,,,,,Thanksss

I dont remember this conversation.I know I never mentioned that anyone called my office. What I probably would have said is that,,, If they decide to do a background check on you then they will definitely call your workplace.

They don't do extensive background checks on everyone.

I talked to 'luvashi7' and here is update for 'luvashi7' case.
His case status changed to DM (Medical received) yesterday. His medical done on May 30 and Passport was sent around mid jun. He will update more soon.

Hi, I also got my AOR and medical / Passports requests. They sent a list of DMPs in India. I am just wondering whether I need to do medical in here in Canada or India.

Congrats buddy.
You can go to a DMP in Canada to.
Just check from the list of DMP's on the CIC website.
Just to bring it to your attention if you check the cover letter that CHC ND sent you, there is a line that says Passports can not be returned to addresses outside of India, Nepal or Bhutan.

MC - Date on the letter in Aug 4, 2010 (Same date when they start processing application) but I received on Sep 8, 2010. It may be typo (assume Sep 4) but how should prove the receipt date?

Dont worry, If you read the cover letter for mediclas , It says clearly and I just checked this.
45 days from the Receipt of the letter. They also know of delays in mail especially between countrys.

So dont worry, just go and get your mediclas done and just to get some peace of mind , send them a notification that you just recieved your PP& Medicals request and you are going for it on such and such date. They will get back to you with understanding and your mind will be clear of all doubts.
