Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

Hi everone plz suggest me one thing
today I submitted my pp+ rprf through vfs global chandigarh & they sent my pp to canadain visa office chandigarh whereas my visa office is new delhi as I got pp+rprf+med request from ndvo.....is this ok ...will chandigarh visa office process my file now or by mistake they sent it to chandigarh. ...as per my information chandigarh visa office deals with visitor & student visa...plz help me ..

Category pnp, visa office NDVO&CVO , apply file 12april , 2012, approval certificate 21december, 2013 .3rd January, 2013. after approval file send nova Scotia &application received 10january, 2013.uci no.18february, 2013. File transfer ndvo 26 Jun,,e, 2013.and ndvo to Colombo visa office 12 November, 2013.medical request 18 February, 2014.medical done 20february.additional documents sent 27february, 2014.(only proof of funds) courier delivered 28february, 2014. Passport request (sai mehr kre) .plz update at forum.
