As i have seen ( for CVO )some of applicant get everything at the interval of 21 days to 1 month about all things like first they ask for MR after 1 month RPRF and then after month PP submission, so you might get in that way.
Seniors pls comment on this.

Max By Feb End you will get PPR request..

Visa stamping in 3 weeks approx.

Expect your passport back with visa by end of march or start april.
