DD encashed on 28 Dec.
Somehow i m not much convinced by the information that bank representative gave to me, it seems to me it has been encashed on 28 dec.

Does your DD encashed? Moreover we really cant predict NDVO as form our house Rashpalji has submitted PP on 17th Oct but yet he didnt get any updates so i cant say anything about it.
In other forum i have read that after DD encash it ll take 21 days.
Hope NDVO gear up in next week.

I have even heard that I may get my passport back in 15-30 days with visa... In some cases may be its delayed, but i was asking in general.
Also, i am not sure if we can check that our dd has been encashed if we make it in INR...

Of course you can check your DD via issued bank. Call your bank and they will let you know. You need to give them DD #.
