I think this happened with him only, No other forum members has come across this situation. Don't know what is the exact reason for this.

My ecas status changed to " in process"

Have a ques for you fellow Members.?
CVO office requested documents and in one they requested (PROOF of Relationship: Name, D.O.B and address of the closed relative in MANITOBA )…………Now in response to this requested document should I send them the P.R card and Manitoba health card copies and Proof of residence(house tax paper) copy of uncle in Manitoba……as all these 3 contain – name, d.o.b and address of my uncle in Manitoba
Also only photo copies of all these 3 docs will do.. …….at this point I can’t send them the notarized copies as original are with my uncle in Manitoba and I can’t notarized them in India …..so should I go with photo copies only .

Yes u can send photo copies and other proof like photoes and all with yr sponser if u have indicating in photoes

In my opinion these should be the following options:-

1. Your sponsor can send you the attested copies of proof of relationship .
2. Your sponsor can send you scanned copy of attested copies of proof of relationship.
3. You can send self attested photocopies of the same.

I believe option 1,2 shall feel CVO easy and clear all the doubts.

When did they start processing your file as shown in your ECAS ??

When yr pcc expired worried abt if they ask again then agian it will take 15 t0 20 days more

dont send simple photocopies..............ask ur uncle to send attested copies to CVO directly as soon as possible...........
