Ok, but now I got MR and PPR, but they didnt ask any fresh PCC. Do you think, there are still chances of them asking fresh PCC even after MR,PPR??

if it is expire then they might ask for that if they want to

Yes, my case was similar, my PCC expired within a week (if i remember correctly), when i got the PPR+MR mail, and they asked for a new PCC.

i got additional request for documents alongwith MR
- Complete education and experience documents for yourself.
- Complete education documents for your spouse

I am planning to sent the attested / notarized documents.

Can anybody tell me the procedure for this? From e=where I can notarized certificates in Noida? How much they will charge?

Bro, you can visit a local notary for the attestation, they will charge 20/30 Rs for each document. Please note that if your document is not in English then get a certified translation.
There is notary behind Kendriya Vihar -sector 51.

1 week before, so the PCC was already expired (technically more than 1 year old) on the date i received the MR+PPR

I am not an expert, but if you have already received the MR+PPR, and they did not ask for it, it seems unlikely.

Worth reading 

A group of friends visited their old university professor. Conversation soon turned to complaints about 'STRESS' & 'TENSION' in life.
Professor offered them coffee &
returned from kitchen with coffee in different kinds of cups (glass cups, crystal cups, shining ones, some plain looking, some ordinary n some expensive ones.)

When all of them had a cup in hand, the professor said:

"If YOU noticed, all the nice looking & expensive cups are taken up, leaving behind the ordinary ones. Everyone of YOU wanted the best CUPS, & that is the source of YOUR STRESS & TENSION.
What YOU really wanted was "Coffee", not the "Cup",
but YOU still went for the best Cup.
If life is Coffee,
then Jobs, Money, Status & Love. . . .etc are the Cups.

They are just tools to hold and contain life.


Don't let the CUPS drive YOU.

Surely. Next month shall be medical monsoon from colombo..
