I got Medical form on SUNDAY 8th Dec 2013 and changed status as "In Process" and they started my file from 4th Dec 2013.
It seems NDVO working on Saturday and Sunday...
I am so happy. Sooner i ll take medical date and keep posting about it.

hello my brother congrate about ur status change and fast process dear my medical received 10 days to go and i am complete my medical at 4th december and 3 december send my rprf but my status is stil shown to application received pls advise me

I guess sooner it will changed. I got MR on 7th and on that day my ecas was not changed.
Moreover you didnt get PP request from colombo office?

I did with DTDC with Prime Time Plus service.
They charged extra Rs100 for 2 passports and the courier charges is somewhere Rs 200.
They gave me receipt mentioning teh 4 passports in the package.

i mentioned 5 passports in envelope..they charged 700 rupees from me...... not a big deal....if it is reaching on time......
