THanks Sid! My Medical (that I did for OWP) is valid till March 2014, so I need not take again. I just need to send the last Medical ackn from the hospital, this time. So, its only the passport that I need to think... and ofcourse the PCC!!

Finally, I received medical request. However, I received passport submission request as well.
Questions:
1) Does this mean visa interview is waived off?
2) Also, I am travelling to UK for 3 months, so if I submitted passport how can I travel?

Hi All
Pablas, Kuldeep and Gosmanu's case shows that acknowledgement date of CIC NS is not important since they have got their medicals even though their ack date from NS is of march and may respectively but their acknowledgement date is of June like many others.

So this doesnt work as FIFO....

Yes. Agreed. I have to go thru Medical again, but what I am saying is I need not go to Hospital again for tests, the same earlier result is valid since the CIC page itself says Medicals are valid for 1 yr.

Isnt it this way? Thats what many other forum members told earlier and the CIC page also says the same.

Medical exam report will not expire before your PR visa end date (approx nine month).thats y VO office issue new medical request...

You will send the old report to NDVO...that the new experience .....please share the output also..
If old MR is valid by VO that is better.
