time to send back the fsw 2014 application pakeage

I applied for fsw 2014 program but when my application reached in ciCIC then my nic was capped. So they will send back my application to my mentioned address but I don't know how long it takes. I little bit worried that I am preparing for ee 2015 Jan and I am optimistic that if I will select then I have to send the apllication within 2 months. Bso cacan you pls tell me how long it will take to send my application ? I send it in Nov sep 9
