Time to receive acknowledgement of receipt

The courier delivered my application on 28 Jun, but I have not yet received any confirmation of receipt. (Almost four months now). Courier has shown that the pack has been signed for receipt. I have been monitoring the email (incl the junks). Do anyone have any experience? If I still hear nothing, what can I do?

Did you appoint a representative? If so, tgen they will get everything not you. Otherwise, yes call, the delay is much longer than normal.

Hi, our application was also received June 28,2019, No update or anything, We called them already and they said they havent open our application.

Have you tried to link it? You can tell the PA to try it with their info? Don’t know if you can request gcms notes without AOR
