Hello Again:

After PR has been issued are there any timeframe restrictions on when you have to move to Canada? What is the amount of time in which you have to make the move?

You have to land within one year of your 'medicals done' date or before your passport expires, whichever is earliest. If your medical was done, for example, January 12, 2010, then you would have to land before January 12, 2011. Immigration will let you know the date you need to land in Canada on in their correspondence once you receive your visa.
