Time frame for CEC

can anybody please give me any approximate (average) time frame for each step.
I am going through CEC in EE.
Currently, i am at NA2.

how many days it take from NA 2 to IP 2 and them IP 2 to PPR?

No average time as such.. Its all depends on individual case.. It may take a day or a month to move from NA2 --> IP2 --> PPR
