Three months and still no AOR

Wow i applied my PR way back in March 12,2009 as an Alberta Provincial nominee and up to now i havent heard from them. almost four months ago. its ridiculous really.
i never even got an AOR. i send to Nairobi Kenya and it seems to me they are the slowest of all. does anybody knows whats going on or someone who is in the same boat. can someone alo tell me the timeline and when i should expect my PR. i got nominated by the province of Alberta in Jan 2009. whats goin on with them and if i ever get that AOr will it be also to do my medicals or what?? also can anyone explain to me if there is away to look at my status onlin eif i dotn have my file number.
Any info will be highly appreeciated.

where were you told to put your application? if you were told somewhere else, & you did send to Nairobi on your own, there may be a problem. first check if your cashier check was encashed & if you can get the image (adv. of cashier check over bank draft); if so you can get your AOR # in it.
