wow really? I had no idea! We paid ours weeks ago more than 4-6 weeks I think so hopefully we will be lucky too.

it takes 4-6 weeks to process your fees!! :

CIC website was updated! Now processing Applications 3rd June 2010..

Dont take that as Gospel though...CIC updated last week on 29th June as processing May 28 Applications and ours was processed that day..(June 1st Application) so Applications on or around 3rd June I would take that as...

Just to update "britincanada"'s list: we mailed our application on June 2, 2010. It was received on June 3, 2010. And the file will hopefully be transferred to Buffalo very soon. Still no word by mail or email. Let's hope all of us in June receive word very soon!! Let's think good thoughts!

I think u might be able to check ur status on e-cas, because cic website says they are processing applications received 3rd june. best of luck

I agree CeeGee you should be able to check E-CAS...but it will only say decision made and that they sent you a letter!

Hi June Applicants--I know there is an e-cas tracker link, but I can't find it. More importantly, I thought we couldn't check e-cas until we have some kind of number. We paid our fees back in February via a credit card, but I thought immigration would give us some kind of file number, and that is what we would use to track our application through the process. So, that is what I have been waiting for from immigration some kind of number!

Is there some other number that I can use? Or can we track it by our name? Any advice would be nice; I am so on "pins and needles" waiting for some word from immigration!

Hooray, Hooray, Hooray, Hooray! My husband just walked in the door with the mail, and we have a letter from CIC. He has been approved as a sponsor, and my file has been transferred to Buffalo, and we finally have a Client # and a Kit ID #. Which number do we need, or do we need both of them.

Whopee!!!! It is so good to feel like finally something is beginning to happen.

Hope all June people receive word soon. Won't it be great when we finally "land", and this is all behind us?

My package arrived at Missassagua on the 29th June so I've just made it into this thread, yay finally.

I am confused. I am in Turkey amd married with canadian citizen. we will be sending the application next week. I got a police clearence from Turkey but my husband didnt get any. Does he need to do that too? Mine from Turkey will be enough?

Only the non-Canadian needs the police clearances!
