Hi @becos. I posted the link to the webform so u can use it too in addition to sending via courier. We used DHL to post to Ghana

@Sugarcoconut please how did you confirm from them(AVO) they have received your additional document after you sent them via DHL?

I sent them the additional proofs(documents) they requested via courier (fedex) and it was delivered since last week Wednesday (6th). I have sent them mail through case specific enquiry and also directly to Accra. Immigration@international.gc.ca to confirm if they recieved the package. However, till now no response from them.
Somebody please advice.

Relax yourself, they barely respond to enquiry and even if they do they take thier time. I hope u tracked ur package and if yes then relax once u are sure ur package was delivered. They will sort it out.

This is what I did. Though I think the correct email address is accra.immigration@international.gc.ca (emails to accraimmigration@international.gc.ca get bounced). I also added passport stamps from Hubby's visit to Nigeria and both our visits to the US (since Canada doesn't want to grant me visit visa *eye roll*), with some pictures from the trip and a bit of background story. I'll upload same documents through webform but I won't be sending through courier.

@iyawoSparks.. going through your timeline, it seems they requested for medicals before your file was transferred, i will like to confirm if you have received AOR2 or 3rd line. Thanks

There was no confirmation oo for the courier apart from seeing from tracking that it was delivered and signed for. Then when we received our gcms notes it was indicated.
However we got response from the one we sent via webform. Hubby just told me he was forwarding everything on both webform and email, didn't know.
This was the response we got cos hubby mistakenly didn't attach the pictures right so our case officer responded.

As long as you used courier, it's been received, no CIC Office acknowledges anything received via hardcopy, some VOs specifically tell you to use a form of delivery that you can track, even CPC at Mississauga just started the text message option to confirm if they received initial application packages.

You have done your part, check tenders posts to see how long she waited, give or take three to six weeks, so now is the time to practice your faith, keep waiting on God, and believing for speedy and positive response.

It's hard, but it has left your hands, AVO would not respond to your enquiries for now, all you should be expecting now is medical and PPR.

@Holymoses i emailed them sometime last week i encluded our application number and ask about the application since our application is past 1year and they responded and said it's in queue for review, they will contact me once a decision is made i don't know what the heck that means cause I've had it up to my neck with their sluggish, bias behaviour...i told them am the sponsor and i want to know what's up that's basically it..Goodluck

No, I haven't received the request for medicals yet. Only info that was requested before my file was transferred was PCC & Schedule A. Yes, I received AOR2 on August 7th. Just waiting for the request for Medicals now... Guess I'll receive it soon. Applied at the end of April and those who applied in the earlier part of April already got medical requests last week.

AVO sends nothing via the online account, they will contact you via email.
