I think i have got the answer for all these rubbish fields as today CHC has replied me on this as below

We require fully completed and signed forms for yourself and your spouse.

Please disregard the section that requests the completion of forms in duplicate.

So i think its been solved for once and all i.e. fill one form for myself as Principal Applicant and one form with WIfe/Hubby as Principal applicant and if kids are below 18 mention all of them on both forms

Did you too get the similra request. Yar to be honest its not they are asking the documents for fun. We had a birth in the family and i moved house as well so they are justified in asking for these details. The only problem is WHY THE HELL THEY ARE TAKING SO LONG.
Did you too fill these Immigrant Summary Forms if yes how

I have a received an email from London visa office on Nov 15th, 2013 asking to update the following documents:

1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008
2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
3. Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]
4. New Additional Family Information Form IMM5406
5. Copy of passport title page for each applicant.
6. Completed Military Questionnaire

but the thing is that we have a blessed newborn baby last year and I have included his data in the forms noting that I have sent them an email informing them about our new baby in June 2012.

now my questions are:

1. shall I send only the requested updated documents in the attached letter or are there any more documents for the new born should I include?

2. now I have changed my occupation since i have submitted my application back in 2010. so now when i update the IM0008 form, shall i mention my current occupation "Electrical Engineer NOC:2133" or my previous occupation "System Development Manager NOC:0213" the one i have mentioned in my original documents??

looking forward to hear from you soon as I have to reply within 60 days

Yes i orderd caips in July it shows BFD on 8 Aug and then last month received GCMS and it showed BFD date 15 Nov but Maku Faida

Although, this has been answered SO many times, here it is again

I renewed my passport from lahore , and I had more than 1 year validity left...
Some of my forum friends renewed it and they had 2 years validity left....

So u can renew it anytime u want...its valid for 5 years again (10 year thing is currently stopped, although they r planning to again make the 10 year passport from next year)....

For urgent: it costs 5000 ....will take 4-5 days to be made.....

For normal: it costs 3900 and takes about 2-3 weeks....

I'd suggest, if u can afford it, Go for urgent, (at this stage)....rest upto u...

Once made, scan the passport and e-mail them the scanned image of your new passports.....

you should complete forms with full family members including your new born and send draft of CAD$ 150 as processing fee
Complete forms as per your history for NOC's and you can mention that NOC for which you are interested to work in Canada...under the question where they ask about your intention and for future you should prefer to that NOC which is in demand or that which was in your initial application if that is also in demand....
do not forget to send PP copy & birth certificate of your child
